The Music City Food & Wine Festival is a super fun food and music event and features great chefs both from the local and national markets, as well as beer, spirits and other culinary vendors.
It was Gullo Specialty Foods' first time there and we were invited by Pat Martin to be part of Martin’s BBQ area. Our very own Octoman had an amazing experience cooking over live fire with many BBQ luminaries.
Our octopus received an amazing response and we hope to be back in 2017.

…Pat Martin of Martin’s Barbecue held court with barbecue connoisseurs, as did fellow pit partner Stephen Fried, affectionately known as “Octoman,” whose grilled Spanish octopus was a crowd favorite (as were his dance moves at the Harvest Night concert)…
