Gullo at the New Orleans Wine & Food Experience

Recently, our very own Octoman was spotted at this year’s New Orleans Wine & Food Experience, serving up some delicious tenderized Gullo Octopus for event’s enthusiastic guests. The reaction was overwhelming, and we’re pleased to know that our products were so well received.

Octoman cooked up a special dish for the guests in attendance: charred Gullo Octopus with smoked paprika, chili, olive oil, red wine vinegar, cauliflower puree, and chimichurri.
